A dedicated team of experienced, qualified marine superintendents oversees the managed vessels to ensure they comply with all national and international policies and regulations. ORMA SHIPPING S.A. has established an advanced and sophisticated Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management System (SQEMS) which is implemented by the vessels under management. Our team is dedicated in the constant improvement and update of the System to constantly match the sector requirements with respect to Safety and Environmental needs.

Using tools for continual improvement like internal audits, share of information regarding investigation and analysis of accidents and incidents, hazardous occurrences/near misses, vessel safety committee meetings, risk assessment and management of change, we guarantee that our clients receive high quality services with the less possible negative impact on personnel safety, health and the protection of the environment.

The safety and quality services we provide also include the coordination of vetting by majors and areas for improvement identified during vetting inspections are investigated and followed up promptly and rigorously.
